1Start a fire
2Gather ingredients
3Place butter into a bowl
4Melt butter, add oat milk and an egg to the melted butter
5Whisk wet ingredients together for a bit
6Check on the fire!
7Place sugar, salt, and baking power into a large bowl
8Add gluten-free flour of your choice to the other dry ingredients and mix together
9Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients
10Mix until smooth
11The fire is ready for cooking when there aren't large flames
12Place cooking surface over fire and lightly coat with butter
13Pour batter on cooking surface. About 1/4 cup per pancake
14Flip the pancakes over when the bottom is brown or bubbles form on the surface
15Serve hot with your choice of fruit and maple syrup!
