    • 2Slice mushrooms, saute them with olive oil for ~5 minutes, until reduced.

    • 3Add spinach. Cook for a few minutes, until wilted. Drain any excess liquid.

    • 4Grate the cheese.
    • 5In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add cream, milk, salt and pepper. Mix.

    • 6Roll out the dough in a 9-inch pan.

    • 7Add the grated cheese and cooked vegetables to the pan.
