1Preheat oven at 375F.
2Slice mushrooms, saute them with olive oil for ~5 minutes, until reduced.
3Add spinach. Cook for a few minutes, until wilted. Drain any excess liquid.
4Grate the cheese.
5In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add cream, milk, salt and pepper. Mix.
6Roll out the dough in a 9-inch pan.
7Add the grated cheese and cooked vegetables to the pan.
8Pour in the egg mix on top.
9Bake for 45 minutes, or until cooked in the middle.
