Instructions

    • 1Preheat oven to 350
    • 2Heat sauce pan over medium low heat, saute onion till translucent.
    • 3Add garlic and spinach and cook till spinach is wilted.

    • 4Add chopped artichoke hearts, cook till they are warm.
    • 5Add cream cheese and stir till melted. Add half of mozzarella and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
    • 6Pour into 8x8 Inch baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella.

    • 7Bake or 15-20 mins till bubbly. Serve warm with chips or bread.
