    • 2Lightly grease muffin tin with butter.
    • 3Preheat oven to 425°F/220°C.
    • 4In a large measuring cup, mix together eggs, milk, and butter until well combined.

    • 5Add cheese, chives, flour, pepper, salt. Stir to combine.

    • 6Fill each tin with batter no more than halfway. Bake for approx. 25 minutes, or until a deep golden brown.

    • 7Cool for a few minutes before removing from pan. Serving.
