  • Prepare The Patties

    • 1In a mixing bowl, add the rinsed kidney beans, and crush them with a fork.
    • 2Add the eggs and mix. Add the breadcrumbs, the cilantro and seasoning. Mix until smooth.

    • 3Make 4 flat patties out of the mixture.
    • 4Preheat your pan, and add the olive oil.
    • 5Cook each patty for about 4 minutes on each side. After flipping a patty, add the cheese while the patty is hot so that it melts on top.

  • Assemble The Burgers

    • 1Get the avocado spread ready by mashing them in a bowl.

    • 2Cover the buns with the avocado spread. Add the patty, a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice.
